修正游戏版本更新导致的灯光问题。

修复了之前测试时探测器没改回tag的问题

1.修正了反应堆识别BUG；
2.修正了英语版本BUG;
3.加强了水泵电容的充能速度；
4.平衡了储物柜的数量；
5.增加了S^2机关功能，现在关闭核反应堆后再打开S^2机关控制，可以实现无限电力，但会降低超阳电子加速炮的充能速度。
