Added a second set of EMD 16-710G3C engine sounds.
Removed GE GEVO-12 engine sounds as better ones are in Grove's pack.

Fixed borked 16-710G3B and 16-710G3C transition sounds.
Removed 12-244D and 16-251C engine sounds due to Grove remastering the same ones. Startup sounds for the latter have been retained however.
