Added rats nest

Known issues:

NPCs have no fire pattern for the double take
All fire patterns need to be tweaked
Some weapons do not display ammo count when in the off hand (volt, possibly others)
Some weapons exit zoom when firing (hemlock, possibly others)
Some weapons need adjustment of the first person hand placement (flatline, hemlock, others)
Unarmed NPCs refuse to pick up weapons
