- Created and introduced a sorted_pairs() function that should prevent multiplayer desyncs caused by the game state becoming divergent when looping over a dictionary table.

- Any changes the AI makes to their under-cities will now be overwritten by the template provided. This will ensure the under-cities are as effective and sensible as can be.

- Fixed a bug that could crash scripts when a Warlock Lab was build by an AI agent action.

- Reworked the entire system to be more performance friendly.
- The AI will now restructure under-cities where necessary.
- Added detection events for other vanilla methods of creating an under-city.
- My other mod Skaven Settlement: Expand the Under-Empire is no longer required, but strongly recommended.

- Improved the template for the Doomsphere so it's not instantly detected and removed by the settlement owner.
