- Added a variant for Library Certificate room, it will show up when there are more than 52 available books.
- Library Certificate room now will only generate active books
- ItemPool Changes:
- TBOATB has now the same weight as other books in Library, from 0.4 to 1
- Library Certificate weight for shop has been reduced, from 1 to 0.6
- Fixed an issue where closing and continuing a run would break Weird Book's sprite
