Big update for all EFT stuff!!!! tldr: few new guns, atts, new recoil and lot of fixes!

Most of 0.16 content
Recoil on all guns now matches current one after year of changes in real game plus the 0.16 recoil overhaul - additional visual-only subtle recoil, making it look less still and more alive
Added RShG-2 rocket launcher (before the game devs, they still haven't added it lol)
Added 300blk suppressed ak, fancy scar and the full auto saiga
9x39 pack was remade with new assets from 0.15, added SR-3M

Added all missing attachments and fixed lot of issues with existing ones
One handed run animations on stockless smgs and pistols
New option in settings for tpik haters, makes guns have regular holdtypes (also, fixed wrong offsets with tpik off too)
Overheat now has visual gas and smoke effect, also decreases the accuracy and firerate over time
Burst firemodes are now correct to the game; all semautos locked to 450 rpm
Holster animations aren't horribly offsetted anymore
All grenades were updated for new animations; new V40 micro-grenade and yellow smoke; impact grenades now have correct delay
Mutant has alternative reloads now
Some ammo rebalance
New atts including drums for AR-15, UZI, AR-10 (including Spear) and saiga
