HAPPY ONE YEAR NEGLECT ANNIVERSARY

The mod works again (YAY)

If there are issues let me know and I can try to patch them out, otherwise the mod should be fully functional

Added an option to turn on the extended focus tree, for those who want to plan ahead, or just think it looks better

I don't think I introduced any new bugs, but I don't think a lot of things.

Maintenance update just in case

Now compatible with new updates and updated to newest version of HOI4

This should not have caused crashes, but it should not cause them even more :)

-Added some flavor text regarding "Not just yet", "Our Dreams Fulfilled", and "The Failure of the Union Speech"
-Fixed incompatibilities with most tech tree mods :)))
-Removed the ability to see the mutant-hybrid army in the tech tree (consequence of above :( )
