0.9.12 Beta:
*Covenant AI have less tracking with the RL.
*Decreased Jackal Sniper health slightly.
*Slightly decreased the amount of ammo Spiker wielding Combat Forms drop.
*Increased Flood Stalker Form health slightly.
*Decreased the extra tracking/leading allied AI got the the RL/FRG.
*Players should now play low shield sounds again. (Don't know how this bug snuck in exactly.)
*Shifted the bonus damage explosions do to Elite energy shields to more damage vs. their body health materials ("thin" hard metal) in general (except against players). Sentinels are affected by this change. Slasper also included in this change.
*Edited the Frag Grenade's explosion effects to work better with its extra AoE damage (like the Wraith). Also touched up the Wraith's explosion effect.
*Decreased the Sniper ammo in the Storm's Lakebed B fight by 1.
**Finally* implemented the reviver Elites in the ending cutscene in a satisfactory way. Inspired by just alex's mod for the ending cutscene.
*Male reviver Marines in the ending cutscene now properly have their shoulder pads on.
*Etc.

There's probably other things I missed...

0.9.11 Beta:
*Big change with AI vs. AI combat: they now do full damage to each other. As in they'll do the same damage to each other as they do to you.
*To prevent friendly AI from being more borderline OP than they already were, they've decreased aggression with *all* weapons (to varying degrees). They have a bit more leading and tracking with nearly everyone weapon as some sort of compensation. The only exceptions to the reduced aggression rule are the Arbiter on a Chaingun Warthog turret (for the ending Warthog run) and allied Flood.
*In addition, friendly AI specific targeting distance (like being able to target heads and weakpoints) with (almost all) headshot capable weapons decreased to prevent them from being too broken.
*Reviver ally weapon specialization firing patterns also decreased in effectiveness.
*All this should help AI vs. AI fights feel more impactful and deadly while preventing the aforementioned allied AI nigh-OPness. Still needs more testing and tweaking and could be reverted. Suffice to say though, I like the result.
*All AI have a slightly longer max firing distance with the BR.
*All Covenant enemies do a bit less damage with the Pistol. Brutes have less leading with the AR but a bit more aggression.
*Jackals and Combat Forms fire the Plasma Pistol a bit faster. Allied AI are a bit more accurate with it (in addition to the bonus tracking/leading).
*Phantom main turret gunners have some leading now.
*Brutes get a bit faster at deciding if and when to berserk and cover as they rank up.
*"Beam" Hunter Assault Beam Cannons do more vehicle transfer damage.
*Flood take a bit less bonus damage from most melee sources, including "weak cutting" ones (Mauler and Spiker). Brute Shot, Energy Sword, and Gravity Hammer bonuses unchanged.
*Flood Combat Form damage output with certain weapons is more consistent.
*Combat Forms drop a bit more Shotgun and Mauler ammo.
*Uninfected AI Elites take a bit more damage from explosions than other shielded actors.
*Made separate tags for enemy and allied Sentinels. Enemy Sentinels keep the old aggression, but allied Sentinels now have a bit of health regeneration.
*"Weak cutting" melees (Spiker and Mauler) now have some bonuses to what "normal" melees are strong against but "cutting" melees are not. This is some sort of compensation for reducing their bonuses.
*AR reaches max inaccuracy a bit faster and has slightly slower projectiles.
*Sniper Rifle is capable of doing a bit of indirect vehicle transfer damage.
*Missile Pod missiles have slightly fast projectile velocities.
*Plasma Pistol damage increased yet again. AI still do vanilla damage with it. Hopefully this is the last damage buff it needs.
*Focus Rifle does slightly more direct vehicle transfer damage.
*Plasma Cannon damage increased slightly.
*Prowler spike velocity decreased. AI velocity unchanged.
*Shade turret damage increased.
*Banshee bomb now drops a bit again.
*There are less reviver allies throughout the campaign. General reduction of one per level that they appear on. Crow's Nest and Floodgate reviver counts unchanged (Due to already being so low in combat scenarios.). This still needs testing and tweaking and could be reverted in the future. Reviver placements shifted around so all of them still get at least part of a level to be in.
*Restored the Focus Rifle on Crow's Nest.
*There are bit more Rockets and Sniper rounds in the Lakebed B fight on the Storm.
*Etc.

0.9.10 Beta:
Increased Missile Pod Damage a tad.
Increased Plasma Pistol damage a bit yet again. AI still do the same damage as vanilla, as always.
Decreased Spike Grenade attached damage a bit but increased the spike fragments' damage, lifetimer, and max travel distance.
Increased Trip Mine damage. Changed its damage type to do more damage to "solid" hard metal (i.e.: tank and Hunter armor).
Increased Wraith max AoE radius by quite a bit. Changed the visual effect to match. Also increased the maximum damage radius a bit.
Etc.

0.9.8 Beta:
*Increased the max firing range for AI piloting the Hornet and Banshee. Adjusted their preferred combat distances as well.
*All non-Jackal, Brute, and Combat Form AI have a bit better leading the the BR (the called out actor types already had better leading).
*Reduced enemy AI Prowler turret accuracy but increased their aggression.
*Reduced Jackal Minor health on higher difficulties.
*Flood Combat Forms do more damage with the SMG.
*Implemented ?Beast's suggestion of Elites with Plasma Pistols firing them more aggressively. They are less accurate with them to compensate. The Arbiter is the only Elite not affected by this change (as he already used Plasma Pistols better).
*Sentinels resist all non-Flood melees a bit.
*Implemented polled-turned-guaranteed change of increasing Pistol, BR, and Machine Gun Turret damage vs. shields.
*Other misc. changes to the global damage table.
*Increased Plasma Pistol damage a bit. AI still do the same damage as before (vanilla).
*Further reduced the threshold for certain Flood encounters that could kill themselves after losing too many Flood on Floodgate. End result is that the encounters last longer.
*Did numerous AI objective changes to corral certain AI I added to places I want them to be.
*Implemented the Tilt damage table. The skull has been slightly reworked and is more focused on being a different way of playing instead of making enemies overall more damage spongey. It does this by exaggerating certain conceptions of Halo. For instance: bullet/spike/shotgun type weapons will truly do more damage to flesh and plasma type weapons will do less damage to flesh instead of just doing unchanged damage. And more. With this, you can now safely play LASO. :)

0.9.7 Beta:
*Reduced the health and shields of all Sentinels a by a bit.
*Changed/added damage effects used for vehicle death explosions.
*Increased Energy Sword damage a bit. Still takes two hits to kill a Tank Form on Legendary.
*Increased Plasma Pistol standard shot damage a tad. AI damage reduced to keep the same damage as they used to have.
*Added another Fuel Rod Gun to the big battle right before the Scarab fight on the Ark.
*The gunner on the Gauss Hog on the Ark no longer immediately dies. They instead got the H3:ODST treatment of having almost no health instead, meaning they should still die quickly.
*Other misc. touchups to the Ark.
*Etc.

All AI fire the Spiker slightly more aggressively.
All non-Drone AI do a bit more damage with the Needler.
Fixed Combat Forms having Shotgun ranges from a much earlier point in development.
Added some Needlers lying around the first hangar fight. Made it so no extra Phantoms come in until one of the Hunters is dead.
Etc.

Wraith AoE radius through cover increased.
Certain Flood encounters on Floodgate won't kill themselves as early.
