- DP_VisionCutOff 0/1 changed to DP_VisionCutOffMode 0/1/2
0 is no cutoff
1 (default) is instant cutoff
2 is fade to black

- most convars are now clientside and automatically save

- the vision-blackening is now toggleable with a convar
