HALO CE REBALANCED 3.1.1 Change Log

-Fixed Flamethrower, Fuel Rod Cannon, Energy Sword, and Sentinel Beam melee damage timings to be faster, and consistent with the rest of the sandbox

-Increased Sword lunge projectile speed

-Decreased Sword standard melee damage

-Decreased Fuel Rod Cannon melee damage

-Increased Fuel Rod Cannon accuracy

-Increased Flamethrower heat generated per shot

-Increased Flamethrower heat loss per second

-Increased Marine Minor health

-Increased Assault Rifle and Plasma Rifle Marine accuracy

-Increased AI Shadow turret accuracy, decreased burst separation

-Increased Elite Zealot Combat Form melee damage

-Various minor scripting and scenario polish across all missions
