- Removed Luxembourg and the Philippines
- USA and Belgium get factories they would've gotten from the Philippines and Luxembourg focus tree day 1
- Soviet Union gets a custom eco law so no resources get exported
- Soviet Union gets 20 extra civilian factories on day 1
- Soviet focus "Finish the 2nd five-year plan" now gives USSR 6 civilian factories
- If Netherlands is AI and gets capped Dutch East Indies goes to Australia and Other Dutch colonies go to the UK
- If Japan went late war path they will get compliance on Philipines, Dutch East Indies, and Malaysia regardless of them existing or not
- Maintenance companies now have a tooltip to remind them equipment capture is gone

- Beeg Optimizations -
* Unneeded country tags have been removed
* Removed buildings from wasteland states
* Removed railways and supply hubs from wasteland states
* Set population to 1 in wasteland states, Venezuela, Turkey, and Sweden
* Added a wasteland nation tag and gave them cores on Africa, Syria, Vietnam etc. so resistance/compliance still works
* Maintenance companies now give HP and recovery rate instead of equipment capture rate
* Removed equipment capture completely (Smaller save files and faster hotjoins)

- Allies and Comintern now have 100% intel on each other
- Axis and Copro now have 100% intel on each other
- Removed meme naval invasion sound
- Both sides in SCW now get 100 trains when SCW starts
- Reduced size of the white peace button in the host tool
- Removed "Release nation" button so wasteland nation isn't releasable
