- Connected every supply hub in China with a level 1 railway
- Removed the 10 starting military factories we gave to Japan a while ago

- Moved the British Raj research slot focus up 140 days
- Merged British Raj focus "Factory Retooling" into the focus "Indian Labourers"
- Moved UK focus "Learn from the War" to be right after army rearmament
- Made everyone have the same medals
- Japan light tank jungle attack and movement from focus set to 5%
- Gave everyone radios and motorized techs on day 1
- Made Singapore worth 25 victory points (more local supply + looks better)

- Spies can get caught again but only go into hiding or get killed, (hopefully) never captured
- Greece, Yugoslavia, Denmark, and Norway get annexed into the UK when they get capitulated
- Democratic nations can now only pick "State serves the Military" after January 1st, 1938
- Spirit of the Army "Quick Improvisation" now gives +40% planning speed
- Spirit of Division Command "Smoke and Fire" now gives +15% artillery attack due to "Queen of Battle" being better in every way otherwise
- Spirit of Division Command "Aggressive Reconnaissance" now gives +10% special forces attack to make it more useful
- Hungarian focus "Assault Gun Focus" now gives the bonus to the heavy artillery category instead of just heavy artillery I and II
- Buffed HP on Mass Assault slightly and reduced it slightly on Mobile Warfare (since "Bayonet Strength" is available for everyone, MA lost its HP advantage)
- Added armor and engine upgrades to tanks (now KV-1, T-34, Tiger, panzer 3 and 4 have them)
- Gibraltar should no longer flip to Germany when UK capitulates

- Gave the British Raj a panzer leader general
- Reworked the Officer Corps (The training time reduction caps out at -60%) (Credit to LW for inspiration and some of it)
- Decisions to buy German tanks now take 30 days but cost 10 civilian factories
- Hungarian decision to get their medium tank is now instant
- Removed officer training decisions
- Added a focus to the British Raj to get +15% efficiency growth
- Reorganized the UK air and navy trees to give them more focus time to be able to complete the navy tree also
- Reworked the "Fortify the East" path in the UK focus tree
- US focus "Lend Lease Act" can now be done after 1940 or when France capitulated, the focus is moved to be after public projects or arsenal of democracy
- US focus "Arsenal of Democracy" is now 35 days
- US tanks M2, M3, M4 and M6 are now 1 year earlier
- Harsh quotas snow gives 25% factories (from 35%) and gives -0.085 compliance gain (previously -0.07 compliance gain)
- Fuel Distribution system now has all the needed countries on day 1
- Removed UK getting an insane amount of fuel silos causing the fuel distribution system to break
- Nerfed infantry defense 3 per inf equipment
- Infantry equipment defense upgrade now gives 5% per equipment
- Inf radio now gives only 5% defense but also 5% soft and hard attack
- Added a movement penalty to urban terrain
- Equipment lend lease convoy cost is now 1/10 of its archetypes IC cost
- Fuel Drums on tanks no longer give a speed debuff
- Armour is now slightly worse at defending on town, urban and metropolis tiles
- Annexed Iraq and Malaysia into the UK on day 1
- Spread out Iraqi equipment over Canada, SAF, Australia, and British Raj
- Moved the factories from UK colonies to 3 states in Africa
- Added a strait between Singapore and Sumatra
- Belgium now gets annexed by the Uk when capitulated and SAF gets Belgian African colonies

- Made Soviet purge be less random and made sure important generals like Zhukov don't die
- Added a decision to Italy to declare on Iran after Operation Barbarossa has started
- Free France gets its post-capitulation territory immediately
- Free France gets -49% training time for 2 months after capitulation
- Free France gets +50% production efficiency base for a month
- USA can now do both war plans but with a year gap in between
- Allies now get an event if vichy france joins the war
- Added a fuel distribution system to the UK, USA, USSR, and Japan (Credit to LW for the base and Horstorical Multiplayer for making UI look better)
- Made some focuses more clear on what they do in the vichy french tree

Admiral Fleet Limit Cap
- For those who played Horst, we are implementing a similar system to their Naval Fleet Cap
- For those who aren't aware, Horst has a mechanic that limits the size of a fleet an admiral can command at one time. Each ship in the fleet has a certain value, and if you exceed that value under an admiral your fleet will lose damage. This is intended to help prevent death stacking of fleets and hopefully means that you won't lose your entire fleet if you look away for one second since both your and the enemy's fleet will not be your full fleet.
- Add a new player decision to show the Navy Pop-Up

- Naval Module Research once again has a year to research it and is not all a 1936 tech. This was felt to be a reasonable change to help encourage more refitting, and with the change to cap fleets you have the ability to have an older and newer fleet without refitting, so you would get crushed by the death stack due to having some older ships
- Naval Admiral Cap Checks Weekly before the war starts, and then Daily after Germany, the UK, or the US are at war.

General Changes:
- SCREEN_RATIO_FOR_FULL_SCREENING_FOR_CAPITALS 4 -> 3 -- this screen ratio to num capital/carriers is needed for full screening beyond screen line
