Fixed a small cover issue on CTY_Park_08x16_Fountain_04_Doc PCP where a bench wasn't granting cover properly due to incorrect placement.

Updated 4 PCPs where the spawn point was in range of a pre-placed advent network tower, which could result in XCOM losing concealment directly at the start of a mission.
