  • added 1 second delay before spawnpoint can be deleted
  • added hand swep for sprinting to replace bunnyhop
  • rebalanced civilian car prices
  • allow delete of vehicles when too far away using R + Mouse1
  • fixed scoreboard lua error
  • fixed vehicle spawn inside buildings
