Hopefully I fixed the event sequence bug that appeared after completing any objective

Fixed the ground unit pathing issue (forgot to give them a path)

Added resetting objectives for the respawning enemies, and added a message to display when an objective is complete, that also reminds the whole team they'll be respawning soon.

Added more aircraft slots

Added a "test range" map for practicing with munitions and maneuvers for all aircraft

*Added the "ALL WEAPONS" version of the pvpve scenario

added the EW fighter to the pvpve scenario. will add two different versions of that scenario as well: one with no radar guided missles enabled, and one with all weapons enabled
