Increased the Spawn rate of enemies on the unlimited fuel version of the Boreal CAP mission

Added a new high resolution desert freeflight map. Enjoy Carrier landings, Tanker refueling, and bases on top of the mountains in the clouds!

Added weather and wind settings to the unlimited fuel version of the Boreal combat air patrol mission.

Due to its high popularity, I added 6 more EF-24G's to the mission so everyone has the opportunity to fly one.

Added an UNLIMITED FUEL version of the Boreal Combat Air Partrol mission. More practice with fewer RTBs for fuel. You'll still need to re-arm though.
