Added an Early Warning Radar to the Metro 1 City

Made some minor tweaks to the Combat Air Patrol Map

Added a new Combat Air Patrol mission with respawning enemies.

Even though I fixed the CAP objective it was still far away from the base. I added some carriers to facillitate rearming and refueling in between sorties.

enemies weren't spawning for the CAP objective. This issue has been resolved.

Removed the "Kill Confirmed" message as its displayed to every player everytime a unit is destroyed even if that player didnt destroy it. Very annoying lol

Made more tweeks to the Test Range. Objectives and unit respawns should work properly. Added a "Kill Confirmed" message to let pilots know when they've successfully destroyed a target.

Target respawns weren't working. This patch should fix it
