Corrected map item spawning issue. Now set to vanilla values.

Resolved error

Added in-game map spawns to living rooms shelves, living room end tables, and bookstores.
Increased in-game map spawns overall

Cleaned up connections to vanilla map
added vehicle spawns
altered existing vehicle spawns
added grounds maintenance building to school
polished some lot issues
created custom tile pack and added cups and pins to the golf course

Fixed some lot issues
Removed empty file causing harmless but annoying error

Fixed fence overlap in some lots.
Fixed overlapping bookshelf tiles in the school.
