- Fixed Burgundy not annexing all of RK Belgien
- Hopefully fixed the weird Ordensstaats colour
- Fixed SS Bessarabia Question
- Fixed some spaghetti codes for Ordensstaats

- Added more color variety to European RKs!
- Added Belarusian collab
- Added Slovakian Question if Carpathia goes to Ungarn
- Added decisions to transfer Ascension & St. Helena to Sudafrika
- Added options for Norwegen to gain Shetland and Greenland
- Added decision to core Austria (if uncored for whatever reason)
- Added a leader for the Islamic Republic of Turkestan
- Fixed a bug where the guns you sent to eastern RKs are in negative instead of positive
(THERE IS NO COLOR BUG OF THE ORDENSTAATS, THAT IS FE ISSUE!)
