Changed some textures and fixed the spawn problems

Changelog :

- Slimmed down the windows
- Reajusted the textures
- Remade the minimap
- Added callouts
- Better bot support
- Higher vents and tunnels (so you can run through them without crouching)
- Adjusted ladders
- Changed for better textures
- Changed decals for better aesthetics
- Modified spawns
- Moved Squeaky's destroyable wall to prevent spawn-to-spawn wallbangs
- Modified buyzones
- Added geometry (stairs, bit of walls...)
