- added more variants to the MP, Civilian Ranger, and Patrol Ranger armors

- added c_hands (only for the troopers and PA, for now)
- added engineer jumpsuit
- added damwar model variants (the bandana/goggles guys)
- added more female model variants
- added MP models
- added both of Boone's unique quest armors (1st recon assault and survivalist armors )
- fixed ranger helmet
