Small update:

-Added compatibility with Brita's Weapons pack. Insurgent marksmen will now have the correct magazines and all roles have attachments. Note: you may have duplicates of vanilla item attachments or unusable weapon magazines (the M14), just ditch them. This is due to the items not properly converting from Brita

-There is now a version for players using Facility, KY. ONLY USE ONE VERSION. Either versions only change where the spawn within the military base.

-Added RU translation with help of necro. @necro, give it a test and let me know if there are any issues
