Updated mod icon (forgot to publish this ages ago)

Updated mod to .NET 8.0

This marks the end of active development for this mod, no new content will be added and no existing content will be changed. The mod will be updated to work for new tmod versions should it require it, and major bugs if found will be fixed, but other than that this is the end of updates.

• The tweak to display luck values now displays them on the Lucky Horseshoe and its tinkers tooltip instead of the Wizard

• Bombs and Dynamite should no longer harm the player if the disable self explosive damage tweak is enabled.

• If none of the tweaks are enabled then a message will appear on world load alerting the player that no tweaks are enabled.

• Added a configuration to make the Wizard show the exact values for luck, coin luck, and torch luck when talked to.
  
  
• The show exact usetime tweak now rounds correctly.
  
• Fixed a bug where enabling the no self explosive damage tweak would prevent traps from harming you.
  

• Added a configuration to display the exact usetime and knockback values of all weapons

• The Prevent your own explosives from harming you Tweak now works on explosive bullets
