Mors Longa (1.4.6) - NPCs Fixes and Tuning

This update mainly fixes a few major npc bugs regarding navigation, combat and consistency.

New:
- Friendly NPCs. Go to the DEBUG MENU (backspace) -> SPAWN NPCs -> merc. They are still a work in progress.
- Added an NPC controller which lets you play as any npc. Go to the DEBUG MENU (backspace) -> NPC Controller -> Select NPC to Control.
- NPCs now strafe side to side while in combat.
- Added infinite materials option in the debug menu.

Fixes:
- Each NPC is able to query its own path. This stops them from just standing around when they need to navigate.
- NPCs now slow down to accommodate sharp turns.
- NPC RPGs no longer cause lag spikes.
- Faction based combat tuning.
- Fixed NPC military vehicle spawn points.
- NPCs are much tougher.
- Guns are far more difficult to hip-fire and have more recoil.
- Guns with zero ammo can shoot when "infinite ammo" debug option is enabled.

Mors Longa (1.4.5) - Holidays!

This update adds a new festive main menu as well as changes to the game's logo

- Crashed CRJ200 glow was removed.
