Stocked a number of ships that didn't have the needed ammo for the ai.

114 new ships, mostly combat and some trade ships. All trade ships now have hyperdrives to prevent bunching up at jump gates.

57 community trade ships added to trade routes.

Ship tier balance pass. Ship tiers are now based on ship value instead of crew count. Viper 1 flight direction fixed. Battlestar now has correct ammo type but the paint job broke (will look at this in the future).
