Fixed removing Animation Mask from other items

Fixed being able to force a 2H weapon into 1H
Fixed swapping equipped hand from context menu not working
Fixed left hand mask still being applied if attached to hotbar from secondary
Adjusted Weights for all Left Hand animations to be more smooth
Adjusted left hand and item rotations for better placement (still WIP)
