Fixed rear sand filler bodygroups on the ACe/M-2 models from phase 2b1 and up.

Spruced up the SD70's dynamic brake fan housing massively. Looks way better now.

Finally added a conductor desk model for the SD70s.
Split up the SD70s even more since I'm hitting bodygroup limits left, right and center.

Removed a handful of sounds in an attempt to alleviate an issue where certain other sounds won't play for some reason.

Added phase 2b1 and 2b2 bodygroups for the SD70ACe.
Added traction motor cable shroud that was missing from the earlier phases (this is on the SD70M-2 as well).
Added folding window shields and relocated nose sand filler hatches for the BHP variants.
Added rear anti-climber as a pilot bodygroup option for the NS SD70M-2s.
Added raised walkway for the CN M-2s (available on the ACe too).
