Small fixes for Alarielle

High Elf Hotfix
-Fixed LOD issues with all units (Sea guard chests should stop being invisible and spearmen legs should stop reverting to default. Please let me know if you notice anything wrong)
-Replaced a spearmen chest variation with a new one
-Added helmets and or masks to the following lords:
•Alith Anar
•Alastair
•Tyrion
•Teclis
•Imrik
•Alarielle (Received full outfit change)
•Eltharion

NOTE: I sadly do not own the DLC's for Eltharion or Alaraielle so I cannot fully test out their new outfits or make sure they work correctly / look good. I'd very much appreciate any and all feedback on these two lords specifically for testing purposes, thank you <3

-Fixed Brettonian Lord Helmet Variation 3 not appearing in game

-Added The High Elf reskin to the game

- Removed Custom Brettonia Unit cards. Will be re-enabled pending rework
