Little bug fix update

Fixes
  1. Fixed a bug, when entrance doors force other doors to open\close.

Changes
  1. Now you can't kick weapon from the last employee
  2. metrocops in the building now will participate in the ambush
  3. Fixed (sort of)the phytoplankton puddle
    damage volume
  4. Phytoplankton puddle now damages NPCs too
  5. Removed xen grenades
  6. outside citizen now reacts to buddy's death
  7. Removed 2 BC voicelines (because of useless)

Fixed (i hope so) that metrocops and soldiers kills employees after you got out of arbeit
