Changing Move Faster in Vanessas Curse no longer calls an unnecessary function.

Config changes no longer affect Vanessas Curse.
Move Faster no longer affects Empress in Vanessas Curse.
JumpDive should now be affected by Move Faster.
Taunts, including mod taunts, should no longer lift the player into the air.
