-Added NPC icons and fixed Al-Asad's NPCs

-Fixed a bug with the random bodygroup system that was making other NPCs have random bodygroups.
-Also new C_Hands, but it was on accident, I didn't want to release it yet cause I still wanted to add NPC icons. Oh well.
