Added customized outfits to the U-4 Officers

Works for the beta/release!

Changes:

- A few improvements to the generation of hats and glasses.


(Might require a new save!)

- Hired officers get the NCO cap instead of the officer's hat.

- No more chance of sailors/officers start wearing the aviator's hat on the hiring screen or after receiving them as rewards.

- There is now an very rare chance of a sailor on the hiring list have an officer's hat.

- There is now a rare chance of a hired sailor/officer start wearing glasses.


This update is save compatible if you was already using this mod!

A selection of clothes was made for the officers of the following Uboats:
● U-48
● U-552
● U-564
● U-559

-Fix

- All starter Torpedo Mechanics have NCO caps now
