Update for the 1.18.1 version of the game, including notably the new formable empires. Also forwards the latest changes from Immersive Toponyms. Cherry on the top, I've had to make a few improvements to my code to accomodate for the latest version of Immersive Toponyms, which also brought a few missing entries from the other sources that I missed before.

Basic update to support AUH on release. Most of the newly added land has only just vanilla names (and eventual cultural names), and the existing titles should be as before the update. The introduction of hegemonies did sever a few links, so expect some stuff not to have cultural names from this mod (ie Roman Empire).

I'll try to roll out an update soon with some of the hegemony names properly linked!

Minor update to carry changes from MCN 25.275.0

This versions is mostly a forwards of the latest changes made for Wandering Nobles (CK3 1.14.0.1), as well as the latest Immersive Toponyms update, but also fixes the localization system for french.
