Updated to latest MCC version

Fixed issue on Cortana regarding the waypoint for the switch to expose the reactors not appearing since it was also tied to the graveminds interruption that I cut out (it can be confusing on what to do if you haven't played that god forsaken mission in a long time). I'm lazy so I moved the function further up in the script so it is called before the gravemind tries to speaks. Cortana still doesn't say one of her lines but idc.

I guess it broke and nobody told me...
