Made some adjustments to droprates. The lack of asteroids caused a lack of hyperium and sulfur. With 1.0.1 sulfur and hyperium will now drop much more often (but are still not very common). Size of dwarf planets slightly increased and total drop rates somewhat increased (should be roughly a third more now).
