-Fix loaders not spawning with ammo boxes in them by default
-Plasma/PAC loaders no longer destroy themselves when their ammo runs out

-Made rockets carryable in inventory again (hopefully without bugs this time)
-Fix nuclear rocket sprite being offset by one pixel (still not perfect)
-Adjusted prices of most rockets
-Removed MLRS crate

-All plasma projectiles now deal most of their damage in their explosion rather than their direct attack (should make damage more consistent)
-Fulgurium plasma ammo is now more consistent in not multi-hitting the same target.
-Fulgurium plasma ammo now has an OnImpact effect (stops strange looking delayed explosion)
-Fulgurium plasma secondary projectiles delete themselves a bit quicker
-Standard plasma ammo motion detector range decreased
-Paralyzant plasma ammo now spawns mini explosions on targets just outside its usual explosion radius (experimental, trying to make this ammo type more unique)
-Wave plasma ammo spawns secondary projectiles more often, but with a delay. Impulse of secondary projectiles increased

-Changed several instances of UseTarget to This in PAC ammo (might fix some bugs? We'll see.)
