Added Hifumi speech voice line to start of wallpaper, added user property to toggle.
Compressed the three shine assets. Added blur effect to them.
Added Media Integration animation.
Decreased strength of Bokeh blur from 0.5 to 0.35 Reduced mask resolution from 4K to 1080p.
Added additional fog particle to background.

Also changed the media integration to use a different font called "Hemi Head" instead of Arial.
