Fixed some inconsistent combat page descriptions and passive colours.

Added new alt: Bloody Red Mist. Can be invited with a Book of Red Mist Alts.
Doubled the drop rate of books.
Updated the mod to use Util DLL as a dependency.

An error may occur when starting the game for the first time after enabling Util DLL. This is because the Util DLL needs to run at least once to put itself near the top of the list, in order to load before other mods that use it. If that occurs, restart the game after loading to the title screen.
