\\checking on what some old values did

-New function: Dodge ability!
Every second, dodge recharges, and when dodge is active, all damage will be negated ONCE
In the period of it recharging, if you get hit, you take damage
NOTE: You only dodge if you have Sans equipped in your hand
-Killicons added
(Both dodge code and killicons from undertale sans abilities)
