Added the following skills to the Troll Chieftain:

Deep Freeze: requires Icy Mutations. Grants missile block, enemy slowing aura, and physical resist aura to allied units around the character.

Searing Heat: requires Igneous Mutations. Grants an explosion skill, damage reflection, and enemy fire resistance lowering aura.

Amongst Savages: excludes Icy and Igneous Mutations. Grants Poison contact effect and Overwhelming Odour.

Fascinating Abominations: requires Amongst Savages. Improves campaign healing rate, healing cap, Swarm of Flies effect, Cause Terror attribute, and leadership boost to character.

Added flavour text to Wintertooth faction selection page: Can recruit Troll Chieftain Lords.
