Added Lava Troll "mount" to Troll Chieftain in custom battle. There are currently no unit cards for the Lava Troll variant.

Enabled Ice Troll "mount" in campaign mode, unlocked at level 12.

Changed "Fire Eater" skill unlock level from 13 to 16.

Changed "Least Expected" skill unlock level from 15 to 20.

Replaced 2D portraits for Troll Chieftain variant 1 and 2 to be more centred.

Added a fifth variant of the Troll Chieftain model using Gorebeast armour bits.
