Now not only are unnaturally old characters blocked from having whole families generated, but those who already have scripted children (possibly only Divayth Fyr) no longer get spouses generated.

Updated for 1.8.1 of CK3 and 0.10.0 of EK2. Characters who are unnaturally long-lived like Mannimarco should no longer have family generated, because they would quickly die from already being past their lifespan at spawn.
