* It is now no longer required to specify a max field in the RandomBodygroups table.

+ Airbrake equipped vehicles now have air valve noises. These will play if they've been idling for a while
* Internal change- dropped the table that functions were stored in, since the code now uses hooks to run them.

* Bugfixing: Damaged vehicles can no longer start underwater
* Bugfixing: Bullhorns now no longer overwrite each other when a new vehicle is spawned
* Bugfixing: License plate file has had a change that will eliminate LUA errors when this addon isn't mounted
