Updated again to prevent Cosmoteer 0.30.0a from complaining about outdated mods.

Version 1.1.0 is identical to the previous version, except for the supported version number to prevent the game from auto-disabling this mod due to outdated supported version numbers (don't forget to set to MAXIMUM to get unlimited manpower!).

Version 1.0.2 is identical to 1.0.1 except for the version number.
Updated to get rid of the "not compatible" popup.

Fixed issue with game patch 20.26 making this mod no longer function properly anymore.
Please update to version 1.0.1 of this mod.
