Rewritten breakage calculation part, tweaked some parameters in the functions

*Now stuffs are far less brittle and more friendly to vehicles (as long as you didn't smash stuff at top speed)
**Increased detection sensitivity thanks to this
*Better collapsing pattern, with more debris remaining
*Optimized calculation speed
*Explosions shouldn't cause miscalculations and smash stuffs to nothing
