-wonder weapons that have unique crosshairs now use them
(can be toggled off with 'cl_tfa_bo3ww_crosshair 0' if u want to use the original TFA crosshair)
-added PlayerShouldTakeDamage hook checks wherever applicable, hopefully improving compatibility
-potentially improved viewmodel fx timings in multiplayer when on high ping
