fixed armor wedges being destroyed crashing the game (having an underlying part per tile bigger than one tile was not a good idea...)

turret location of turreted weapons was changed so i had to change it in the mod as well - seems it only threw an error when not insta-building

changed case on "Roof_lights_fancy" to "roof_lights_fancy" on all factories to reflect change in base game (yes it's case sensitive)

added tiered versions of the explosive charges (as requested)
they get expensive at higher tiers but the boom is also rather nasty (damage and range scale much faster than on normal weapons to balance what is in effect burning money)

added PlayerSalvage = 100% to ammo so the ammo storage rooms actually refund the ammo
