Added dependency information for Frackin' Races
Small stats tweaks; defer to in-game tricorder for most up to date information.

Highlights:
- Protogen aren't robots, robot food was an error and has been patched out. They'll eat most organic things though. Can't recall if I did raw meat or not. I think I did?

- Adjusted some missing stats. Hopefully they work - the docs are super unclear as to what some items even are.
- Updated starvation time to 25min
- Updated breath time, they should last longer in anoxic environments
- Fixed case on some stats... which was initially broken in the template file because reasons
