TEB ports now give more port income, a little more than their Imperial counterparts to make up for their general weakness
Imperial ports now give a little more as well

The Southern Realms are now supported

-Restored the smithy chain, building effects changed due to overhaul to be useful. Weapon manufactories moved to level 5.
-Minor changes
-Compatibility with the latest patch

Riverports fixed

1. River port chain added
2. Apothecary chain added
3. Erenburg and Marienburg ports give more money than before to make them worthier than normal ports
