resigned warfxp and smokescreen pbo's.

complete overhaul of all PBO's:
Removed many unused effects and instead used the headroom to add new impacts and explosion effects
resigned everything with new keys
fixed commander smoke floating(armoured vehicles) and fixed all if not most popups relating to old classes

tweaked ace tracer values and added ace back to required addons/mod.
for vanilla users you can ignore popup window.

removed gau effects(unnecessary use of resources in this stage in my opinion)
removed the enhanced video options edit(load the mod separately if you want it that bad)
fixed ace pop up when not loading it.
